Enaam Dahleh Sharqawi Licensed Attorney, Israel Bar Association | Licensed Foreign Legal Consultant, State of Connecticut

Enaam Dahleh Sharqawi brings over two decades of legal experience rooted in the Israeli judicial system, as a practicing attorney, as a court official, and as a sitting judge.

A graduate of Tel Aviv University's Faculty of Law and holder of a Master's degree in Public Law, awarded jointly by Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University, Enaam has spent her career at the intersection of legal precision and human complexity. As Registrar of the North District Magistrates' Court for six years, she developed and implemented a case management system that grew court submissions by 200%, bringing order and efficiency to an institution serving thousands of people annually. She went on to serve as a Magistrates' Court Judge in Israel's North District, where she presided over hundreds of cases, evaluating witness testimonies, medical and police records, and issuing legally binding decisions that shaped lives.

In December 2019, she was licensed as a Foreign Legal Consultant by the Connecticut Bar Association, becoming the first person in Connecticut history to hold this distinction. She remains an actively licensed attorney in Israel, bringing dual legal standing to every matter she handles.

She advises clients on Israeli law from wherever they are in the world.

Fayez Sharqawi Licensed Attorney, Israel Bar Association

Attorney Fayez Sharqawi graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1991 and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1992. Early in his career he trained across some of Israel's leading law firms, building expertise across a wide range of legal disciplines. He worked at Givoni Law Firm in Jerusalem in tort law, Zentner Goldschmidt Arbel in real estate, Aryeh Licht Law Firm in Afula in criminal and real estate law, Pinchas Marinsky & Co. in Tel Aviv and Afula in civil law, inheritance and banking, and Taleb Al-Sana' Law Firm in Be'er Sheva in administrative law, planning and zoning, and expropriations.

In 1996, he established his private practice in Nazareth, where he has served thousands of clients over nearly three decades, primarily in private and commercial real estate, wills, inheritance, insurance, pension, and tort law. His practice maintains an active office in Israel, enabling direct handling of cases in Israeli courts and government institutions on behalf of clients living abroad.
